1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/3 c. Bisquick
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. cheddar or American cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
4 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in skillet until meat is brown. Drain, stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake for 35 minutes. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
