BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 1/2 c. wheat bran 1 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. raisins (optional) 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. molasses 2 tbsp. oil 1 beaten egg Stir together dry ingredients, and set aside. Blend milk, molasses, oil and egg; add to dry ingredients, stir just until moistened. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full. Makes 1 dozen muffin. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
