OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
These muffins are high fiber and low fat-cholesterol-sodium for any diet.

1 (1 lb.) box Oat Bran (100%)
1 c. Rice Bran (100%)
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. raisins
1 heaping tbsp. baking powder

Wet ingredients:
1 lg. ripe banana, smashed
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. junior carrots baby food
2 c. prepared non-fat dry milk
1/4 c. black strap molasses
1 full Eggbeaters carton (4 eggs)
4 tbsp. Canola oil
