BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. bran
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1-2 eggs
3/4 - 1 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 - 1/2 c. honey
1 carrot, grated

Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Combine dry and wet ingredients; mix thoroughly until all is moist.

Bake in greased muffin tins or in paper cups 15-18 minutes at 400 degrees.
