AUNT LOUISE'S CLAM DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 1/2 oz. can minced clams, drained
1 tbsp. clam juice (reserved from can)
3/4 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch of white pepper

Combine all ingredients using electric mixer. Chill. Great with fresh vegetables and bread sticks as well as potato chips and pretzels.
