HOT CLAM DIP 
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter
1 med. onion, chop fine
1/2 lemon squeezed juice OR
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 cans minced clams and juice from clams

Mix in order and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour uncovered in 8-inch pie plate. Serve with any type of crackers or party bread.
