EASY LASAGNE 
1 (8 oz.) carton lasagne noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and drain. Add sauce, water, and salt. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. In 13 x 9 inch casserole, layer 1/3 sauce, 1/2 of uncooked noodle, 1 cup Ricotta, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese; repeat until done. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove foil and let stand 10 minutes before serving. 6 to 8 servings.
