STIR FRY BEEF 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 lb. lean steak
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
2 med. onions
1 green pepper

Thinly slice beef into 1 1/2" long strips. Slice onions and pepper into strips. Mix cornstarch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sherry in bowl and add to meat. Stir to coat and set aside to marinate.

Stir remaining soy sauce, sherry, sugar and salt and set aside. Heat oil in uncovered wok at 375 degrees. Add onion and pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add beef and soy mixture and stir for 2 minutes. Serve with white rice.
