ROCKY ROAD BARS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9x13x2 inch rectangular pan. Heat 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and the butter in heavy 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted. Mix baking mix, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Stir in chocolate mixture; spread in pan. Bake 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with marshmallows, nuts and remaining chocolate chips. Bake 10-15 minutes or until marshmallows are light brown. Cool completely; cut into about 2-inch squares. Yield: 30 bars.
