ROCKY ROAD BARS 
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven 350. Grease bottom of rectangular pan 13x9x2. Heat 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and butter in heavy 1 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted.

Mix baking mix, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Stir in chocolate mixture; spread in pan. Bake 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with marshmallows, nuts and remaining chocolate chips. Bake 10 to 16 minutes or until marshmallows are light brown. Cool completely; cut in about 2 inch squares. Makes 30 bars.

High altitude directions (3500 to 6500 feet) : Decrease sugar to 3/4 cup.
