BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slice bread, crusts removed Butter
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 1/2 c. longhorn cheese, shredded
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. Half & Half

Spread each side of bread with butter. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and set aside. Brown sausage. Drain and place on top of bread. Shred cheese and place on top of sausage. Beat eggs with salt. Ad Half & Half. Mix well and pour over cheese. Cover and chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When ready top will be slightly brown.
