BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread
6 eggs, broken
1 lb. sausage
2 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded longhorn cheese
1 tsp. salt

Remove crusts from bread. Spread slices with butter on both sides. Place in buttered 9"x13" pan. Cook sausage in separate skillet. Spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine 6 eggs, half and half and salt in separate bowl. Pour over casserole. Cover with Saran Wrap, chill overnight in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
