BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
9 eggs
3 c. milk
3 slices bread (broken up)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) sharp shredded cheese
2 lbs. pork sausage (fry and drain well)

Mix together the night before and refrigerate in pan. Next morning, bake and serve. 350 degrees for 45 minutes (longer if it's right out of the refrigerator.

FOR 8X12 INCH DISH:

6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices bread
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 pkg. sausage
4 oz. cheese

325 degrees, 45 minutes.
