EASY FRUIT CAKES 
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 can pie filling of choice

Mix cake mix, water, oil and eggs together. Spread mixture in jelly roll pan. Swirl pie filling around mixture in pan. Bake 25 minutes. Cool cake; sprinkle with powdered sugar or put thin glaze icing on.
