WONDERFUL SALMON LOAF 
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 c. salmon liquid and milk
1 c. med. white sauce
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
2 tbsp. minced green pepper (optional)

Mix ingredients together. Add 1 tbsp. lemon juice to 2 cups (1 lb. can) pink salmon which has been flaked. Fold salmon into other ingredients. Spoon into buttered mold or loaf pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes.
