PURITY SALMON LOAF 
3 c. flaked salmon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
15 saltine wafers, crumbled
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter

Flake the salmon and add all other ingredients in order given, mixing thoroughly. Press into a greased loaf pan and bake in a hot oven at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Serve with egg sauce.

EGG SAUCE:

To 1 cup of medium white sauce, add chopped hard boiled egg.
