EASY PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. veg. oil
2 tbsp. milk

Put all ingredients in pie plate and mix with a fork, then form a ball. Pat out to form pie crust. fill unbaked pie crust with your favorite filling and bake per instructions of pie filling or prick with fork and bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

APPLE FILLING FOR CRUST:

5 lg. apples, leave peel on & slice into thin slices

Sprinkle with: 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. flour

Cover with crumb topping.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix into small crumbs, sprinkle over, bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
