QUICK AND EASY PIE CRUST | |
1/3 c. water 1/4 c. Wesson oil 1 c. flour (self-rising) Put water and oil in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from burner. Add flour and stir until well mixed. Pour into a pie plate. Pat dough on the bottom and sides. Bake until golden brown. Bake on 350 degrees. Makes one 9 inch pie crust. |
