PIE CRUST 
2 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. cold sweet milk

Mix and roll out between two sheets of wax paper, real thin (measure by turning pie pan upside down over it). Then lift off the top sheet of wax paper, pick up the bottom sheet and place dough over pan. Peel off the wax paper. (No mess to clean up off floured board.) Makes 2 single pie crust. Delicious and tender.
