CHICKEN LIVER HORS D'OEUVRES | |
1 lb. chicken livers 1/2 lb. bacon 1 can water chestnuts 3 tbsp. soy sauce Saute chicken livers until almost done. Cool and cut in halves. Soak livers in soy sauce for several hours. Cut water chestnuts in halves. Wrap one half of chicken liver and one half of water chestnut in one half slices of bacon and secure with toothpick. Bake in preheated oven (300 degree) for 30 minutes or until bacon is done. Serve hot. |
