EASY HORS D'OEUVRES | |
1 loaf Italian bread, sliced 1/4 lb. salami or pastrami 1/2 lb. Provolone or Swiss cheese 1 tomato, sliced thin Place bread slices, cut side down, on large cookie sheet. Place in oven at 350 degrees and toast top side of bread (approximately 5 minutes). Remove from oven and flip each piece of bread to toasted side down. Place a piece of meat (cut or folded to fit) on 1/2 of the bread slices. Place 1 slice of tomato on remaining slices. Put a piece of cheese on top of each. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. |
