ARTICHOKE HEART HORS D'OEUVRES 
4 c. artichokes, drained, save water
2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 c. olive oil
4 c. Progresso bread crumbs
4 eggs
1 tsp. garlic powder

Mash artichokes well, add next three ingredients. Add water from artichokes to eggs; mix well and pour into dressing mixture. Mix well.

Press into pan (or pans) about 1 1/2" deep. Sprinkle with crumbs and cheese lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate. Cut into 1"x1" squares.
