1 box frozen artichoke hearts
1/4 lb. butter
3 oz. roquefort cheese
Lemon juice to taste

In double boiler, melt butter, add roquefort and lemon juice. Cook and drain artichokes and add to butter sauce. Serve hot (may be reheated). Good served with steak or ham.
