EASY LASAGNA 
Uncooked lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach
1 carton (17 oz.) cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Sliced olives

Brown ground beef; drain and add spaghetti sauce. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, layer meat sauce, uncooked lasagna noodles, spread cottage or ricotta cheese, then mozzarella. Repeat sauce, noodles, spinach, cheese and meat sauce. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and sliced black olives. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
