RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
3 1/2 c. tomatoes (1 lb. 12 oz. can)
1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, undrained (12 oz. can)
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown meat and drain. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer. Stir occasionally, 30-35 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
