POTATO BREAD PUGUSH 
1 box hot roll mix, follow directions on box
3 fingers full sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. flour

FILLING:

5 lg. potatoes
1 med. size onion
1 lb. long horn cheese
1 stick butter

Mix hot roll mix (follow directions on box) first. Add sugar and egg to mix knead together. Sprinkle flour on top of dough and cover for 1 hour.

While dough is raising peel 5 potatoes and dice onion. Cut potatoes into small cubes. Mix potatoes and onions together. Add enough water to cover both in pot and boil until potatoes are soft. Cut cheese into small cubes. Add to potatoes and onions after you drain your potatoes. Beat potato and cheese mixture together until smooth. let cool. Roll out dough to fit a cookie sheet. Place filling into middle of dough and roll out. Make sure ends are squeezed together. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Put butter on top after baked.
