STUFFED CABBAGE (LOW-CAL) 
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 c. rice, cooked
Salt & Pepper to taste
6-8 cabbage leaves
1 can stewed tomatoes

Brown hamburger and onion; drain and rinse. Cook rice and add to hamburger and onion mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Pull off 1 whole cabbage leaf for each serving desired and put in a mixing bowl. Pour boiling water over all the leaves and let stand 5 minutes, covered. Lay a leaf out and fill it with meat mixture. Fold over the corners and attach with a toothpick. Put them in a casserole dish and pour over a can of stewed tomatoes. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
