BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE 
Crust:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
20 graham crackers, crushed

Crush graham crackers inside a ziplock bag. Mix crust ingredients and press against the bottom of a greased 8x12-inch glass baking dish.

Filling:

11 oz. cream cheese (8 oz. + 3 oz.)
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can blueberry pie filling

Cream cheese, then add sugar, eggs, vanilla and beat again. Pour into the lined baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. When cooled, add the blueberry pie filling. Other kinds of pie filling may be substituted. Top with whipped cream and serve.
