ROLLED LAMB | |
1 (6 lb.) leg of lamb, boned and rolled 1 c. French's mustard 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. rosemary 1/4 tsp. ginger 2 tbsp. oil Mix mustard, soy sauce, rosemary, ginger and oil. Brush this on the lamb with a pastry brush. Put on in the morning and let set. Roast lamb at 350°F for 1 1/4 hours. Lamb will be pink. Submitted by: Michelle Crispo |
