4 STEPS TO HEAVEN DESSERT 
1ST LAYER:

3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
lg. pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped fine pecans

Mix and pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
Pinch of salt

Mix well and spread on cooled 1st Layer.

3RD LAYER:

3 c. cold milk
2 pkgs. instant pudding (chocolate is great)
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until thick and pour on 2nd Layer.

4TH LAYER:

Cool Whip

Spread over top. Squiggle chocolate syrup in pretty designs and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
