LEMON SLUSH PIE OR 4 LAYER LEMON
DESSERT
 
1ST STEP:

2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix, pat in bottom of baking dish and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. (If you want thinner crust, use 1/2 these ingredients.)

2ND STEP:

1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip (reserve rest for later)

Mix, spread over crust while still warm. Let this cool before 3rd step.

3RD STEP:

2 sm. boxes instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Mix. When thick pour over cream cheese mixture.

4TH STEP:

Top with remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate.

This is the BEST dessert!! It's hands-down my family's favorite. The crust is one of the best parts, so I would recommend not cutting in half.
