BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillet
1 fresh tomato
1 lemon
Melted butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut fish into serving pieces. Slice thin tomato and lemon. Butter a baking dish and display the fish with a slice of tomato and a slice of lemon on top of each piece. Pour melted butter over the fish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes. Remove from oven and serve immediately with a green salad.
