BAKED FISH 
1 lb. any fish
Italian bread crumbs
3-4 tbsp. butter
Dash of dried chopped chives
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste

Scrod, cod, halibut, cut into qt. lb. pieces.

Moisten fish pieces with water. Shake in plastic bag with bread crumbs. Place in baking dish. Melt butter. Add other ingredients. Pour or drizzle over fish. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
