2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
Nutmeg or coconut
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Grease 9 inch pie plate. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend for 3 minutes. Pour in pie plate and let set for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg or coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
