CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 boneless chicken breasts
3 (8") slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. sherry
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter, melted

Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and sherry; stir well. Spoon evenly over cheese slices. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Note: Can be prepared day ahead and bake at meal time.
