HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1 jar apricot preserves
Bottled Russian dressing
Chicken parts (approximately 6 pieces)
Approximately 3 c. cooked rice

Mix preserves and dressings. Use equal amounts of preserves and dressing or adjust each to sort your own taste. Brown chicken parts in a little oil or butter in skillet and remove. Place cooked rice in bottom of skillet. Arrange chicken pieces over rice. Cover chicken with preserve and dressing mixture. Cover pan and simmer for 30 minutes.
