1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. applesauce
1 sm. onion, diced
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 tsp. salt

Mix together and shape in balls.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. water

Mix together and pour over meatballs. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
