SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese for topping

Butter 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour in potatoes. Mix sour cream, garlic salt and soup in large bowl. Stir mixture into potatoes. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered and for 15 minutes uncovered.
