CRABMEAT APPETIZERS 
1 can crabmeat (6 1/2 oz.)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 celery stick, finely chopped
Mayonnaise
2 pkgs. Parker House rolls

Mix together crabmeat, onion, celery and mayonnaise. Chill for one hour or longer if desired. Cut rolls in half, top each half with mixture and broil. Nice for hors d'oeuvres or as an appetizer.
