CAKE DECORATING ICING 
1 1/2 c. Crisco
2 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter flavor

Cream all ingredients at high speed for 5 minutes. This is the best type of icing for decorating cakes. To thin down the icing for writing and borders, add a few drops of liquid. Store in airtight container (Tupperware) in the refrigerator. Whip up before using the second time.
