JOSH'S EASY PEACH CAKE 
1 (21 oz.) can peach pie filling (I use Lucky Leaf or Comstock)
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. white cake mix (I use the regular one without pudding)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Use a 1-quart saucepan to mix peaches, cinnamon and sugar. Heat to boiling.

Pour mixture into a deep dish baking pan. Evenly spread dry cake mix over peaches.

Bake at 350°F for a half an hour, or til cake mix is brown. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.

Serve with your favorite ice cream. Vanilla is best for use with this cake. Enjoy!
