1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, crumbled
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. You can fix this at night and have ready to bake the next morning.
