BAKED HAM LOAF 
2 med. eggs, beaten
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. skim milk
2 3/4 c. ground ham
2 slices fresh bread, finely crumbed
2 tbsp. finely cut onion
1/2 c. finely cut celery
3 tbsp. minced parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch loaf pan. Combine beaten eggs, catsup, mustard and milk. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake 1 hour. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes unmold on serving platter. Slice and serve.
