1 qt. previously prepared cold laban yogurt
1 tbsp. salt
Cheese cloth bag

Mix salt and yogurt. Pour into cheese cloth bag or line a colander with cheese cloth and let it drain overnight until all the liquid drains out and mixture is thick and creamy. Refrigerate in covered container. Garnish with mint and oil
