POT LUCK POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper

Mix ingredients together and put into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix crumbled corn flakes (about 3/4 cup) and melted butter (about 2 tablespoons). Put over top. Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees; uncover, continue baking 20 minutes or until done.
