POT LUCK POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag of hash brown potatoes
10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
Salt & pepper

Butter a 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix all together in bowl. Put in buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 12.
