SHELDON'S POTATO SOUP (CROCKPOT) 
6 potatoes
2 onions
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
5 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper
1/3 c. butter
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 (13 oz.) can milk
Chopped chives

Chop vegetables. In crockpot combine vegetables, water, salt, pepper, butter, bouillon cubes and parsley flakes. Cook 10 to 12 hours on low. Stir in milk and chives at least 1 hour before serving.
