TOAD IN A HOLE 
1 lb. sausage, beef or other ground meat
2 eggs
2 c. fluid milk
2 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste

Shape meat into 12 balls. Brown in frying pan. Arrange balls in baking pan. Beat eggs with a little of the milk and the flour until smooth. Add rest of milk and salt. Pour mixture around balls leaving top of balls uncovered. Bake at 350 degrees about 1/2 hour or until set.
