TOAD IN A HOLE 
1 lb. sausage, beef or other ground meat
2 eggs
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
Season as you like

Shape meat into 12 balls. Brown in fry pan. Arrange balls in baking pan. Beat eggs with a little of the milk and the flour until smooth. Add the rest of milk and salt. Pour mixture around balls, leaving tops of balls uncovered. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes until set. Serve with noodles or mashed potatoes.
