MEAT STUFFED MANICOTTI
(CANNILLONI)
 
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 box of 12 manicotti shells
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. plain dry bread crumbs
6 eggs
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine hamburger, bread crumbs, eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix. Stuff meat mixture into uncooked shells.

Place in 8 x 12 x 2 baking dish. Leftover meat mixture can be spread on top. Pour spaghetti sauce over top. Pour water in until 3/4 inch from top of dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
